Please review our official wholesale terms and conditions before establishing a B2B trade relationship or placing orders with Guest Wholesales.

To qualify for wholesale pricing and active trade accounts, all purchase orders must meet our minimum transaction thresholds:

Minimum Order Value: A minimum purchase of £500 per transaction is required, OR
Minimum Order Quantity: A minimum order size of 100 units per transaction is required.

All pricing acknowledged by the company is bound by the following parameters:

Currency: All wholesale prices are listed and payable in Great British Pounds (GBP).
Exclusions: Listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), shipping costs, customs duties, and import levies unless explicitly stated in writing.
Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will always be honoured at the pricing rate acknowledged at the time of order placement.

Orders must be paid in full prior to cargo dispatch unless alternative credit parameters have been approved:

Pre-Shipment Terms: All wholesale orders require payment in full before shipment unless an active credit account has been established and approved by our finance team.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and debit cards for wholesale account payments.

Buyers agree to distribute products purchased from us solely through approved commercial channels:

Permitted Channels: Products purchased from us may only be resold through authorised physical brick-and-mortar stores or approved direct-to-consumer e-commerce websites owned and operated by your business.
Prohibited Marketplaces: Resale on third-party online marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Etsy) is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been provided.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): If applicable, buyers agree to adhere to our MAP policy to protect brand integrity and retail partner margins.

All brand assets, catalog photography, and marketing materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company:

IP Ownership: Our brand names, logos, product photography, trademarks, and marketing assets remain our exclusive intellectual property.
Revocable Licence: Authorised wholesale accounts receive a limited, revocable, and non-transferable licence to use product imagery solely for promoting the sale of genuine products sourced from our catalog.
